This agreement is a legal contract between you and Paofu VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to understand and agree to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will communicate material changes where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and we do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by device arrears, data limits, weak network signals, carrier policies, or similar user-side conditions. Mobile data or roaming fees may apply outside Wi-Fi, and users are responsible for obtaining permission from the bill payer before use.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Service loss caused by device battery depletion, system malfunction, or third-party service failure is not within our compensation scope. We try to provide accurate route and version information, but some data may come from third-party partners. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install required updates when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate App services where legally permitted.
